Our leadership holds safety as the number one value and holds everyone accountable to our culture of safety.
All employees are trained to do everything reasonably possible to protect the safety of themselves and all fellow workers, other onsite workers, and the public. Each employee is required to learn, live and hold themselves accountable to our Health and Safety standards and rules.
We regularly train and retrain our team, ensuring that all employees are aware of all policies and procedures that put safety first.
As a service, we maintain responsibility for the coordination and general supervision of all activities in the workplace.
Safeland training is available to all our employees by our in-house, certified Safeland instructors. These instructors are also available for outside training if your company has a need for it.
